habits for a positive day

It’s the small habits you commit to daily that set you up for a positive and productive day. Here are some of mine:

+ tongue scraping every morning (it will change your life, TRUST ME)

+ time batching | set 15, 20 min timers throughout the day to minimize distractions and to give my undivided attention on finishing ONE thing (this helps curb my ADD lol).

+ exercising in the morning | doing something physically challenging sets the tone for my entire day! ⠀⠀⠀⠀

+ applying my skincare routine | AM routine is currently this: cleanse w. iS clinical cleansing complex, obagi vit C serum, stratia liquid gold then control corrective oil free spf ⠀⠀⠀⠀

+ drinking my green shake | spirulina has done WONDERS for my inner gut and stomach. Find the recipe here.⠀⠀⠀⠀

+ make a to-do list for tomorrow and star my top 3 priorities | the 3 priorities are what I finish first ⠀⠀⠀⠀

+ get outside and walk 🌞 ⠀⠀⠀⠀

+ listen to podcasts | I love The Skinny Confidential Him & Her, Ed Mylett and The Blonde Files podcasts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

+ diffuse essentials oils | I love santal or the ‘boost’ blend by vitruvi ⠀⠀⠀⠀
